When you sign up, you will receive promotional material offering your clients 10% off their treatment.
For you and your business:
- Gain £50 per customer conversion (treatment over £2500)
- Get 50% off for composite bonding for you or one person in your team (treatment over £2500)
- Get 20% off for all staff for composite bonding (treatment over £2500)
Your Role as a Space Dental VIP Ambassador
- Display Space Dental promotional materials in your salon or business for customers to see.
- Materials will include a QR code linking customers directly to a Space Dental VIP page to book bespoke consultations.
- Share our offers, benefits, and service details with your clients and on your platforms to help amplify the Space Dental brand.
How the VIP Gold Card works
- Activate your benefits: The Gold Card and discounts will activate once the first consultation you referred is booked and a treatment conversion occurs.
- Unlock exclusive savings: Following the initial conversion, you and your team can access discounts on composite bonding and other VIP perks.

Terms and conditions
- This programme is open exclusively to hair, beauty, and local businesses.
- Our offers and competitions are organised by Space Dental (known simply as ‘Space Dental’) of International House, Wakefield WF2 8EF, registered company under number 12325604.`
- The offer applies solely to the business owner and their team members.
- Ambassadors must prominently display Space Dental promotional materials within their salon/space.
- Discounts and benefits will be applied only after the completion of a consultation and successful conversion for a treatment with a value exceeding £2,500.
- Treatment plans must be contractually agreed to before the 30/12/2024.
- Implant treatments are not included in this programme.
- By joining the scheme, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Space Dental reserves the right to refuse custom, or refuse to fulfil the offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Space Dental reserves the right to modify or withdraw the programme and its terms at any time.
- All terms and conditions are subject to Space Dental’s discretion.
- The decision of Space Dental regarding any aspect of the scheme is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- This programme is a limited trial for December 2024 only.
- A comprehensive review will take place at the end of December 2024.
- Based on the review, Space Dental may amend the terms, extend the programme, or discontinue it entirely.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Space Dental, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the other party or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Space Dental, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
