Valentine's Day Offer Terms & Conditions
- The offer of a couples 10% discount is conditional to the patients contractually agreeing to their dental treatment plan valuing over £3,000 per person.
- Our offers and competitions are organised by Space Dental (known simply as ‘Space Dental’) of International House, Wakefield WF2 8EF, registered company under number 12325604.`
- Treatment plans must be contractually agreed to before the 01/03/2025.
- Treatment plan must have a value of over £3,000.
- Promotional discount will be applied after both parties consent to their treatment plans.
- Offer voided if treatment plan is cancelled or no payment has been made. In case of cancellation from either party, Space Dental reserves the right to invoice the patient the full cost of the promotional item.
- By accepting the offer, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Space Dental reserves the right to refuse custom, or refuse to fulfil the offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The offer is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Space Dental reserves the right to void the discount if circumstances beyond Space Dental’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Space Dental regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Space Dental reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Space Dental, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the other party or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Space Dental, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The offer cannot be applied to any implant treatments.

Governing law
- Space Dental reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
