Payment Policy

At Space Dental, we strive to provide excellent services to our clients while ensuring that our business operations run smoothly. In order to maintain a healthy and sustainable relationship with our clients, we have established the following payment policy:

 

Payment TermsAll appointments must be paid prior to booking.

 

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, American Express, and bank transfer. All payments must be made in GBP.

 

Cancellations: Patient must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel an appointment. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.

 

Payment Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns regarding an invoice or payment, please contact our billing department immediately. We will work with you to resolve any disputes in a timely and professional manner.

 

Refunds: Refunds will be issued only if there is a valid reason for the refund, such as a mistake on our part or a cancellation of services, less any incurred costs. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the request being approved.
