Unlike generic aligner treatments, every Straights® case receives individual attention from our expert team, led by Dr Affan who has trained over 10,000 dentists in aligner therapy.

Rinse aligners with water after removal and brush gently with a soft toothbrush. Never use hot water as it can warp the plastic. Store in the protective case when not wearing them. Replace aligners every 1-2 weeks as directed. Proper care ensures aligners remain clear and hygienic throughout treatment.

Some patients notice slight speech changes during the first week as your tongue adjusts to the aligners. This temporary lisp typically resolves within days as you adapt. Practice speaking or reading aloud to speed adjustment. The thin, precision-fit design of Straights® minimises speech interference compared to other orthodontic options.

Straights® effectively treats various orthodontic concerns including gaps, crowding, crossbites, overbites, and underbites. While excellent for mild to moderate cases, severe issues may require alternative treatments. During your consultation, we'll assess whether Straights® can achieve your desired results or recommend more suitable options.

Consistent wear ensures teeth move according to your treatment plan. The 20-22 hour requirement allows removal for meals and oral hygiene whilst maintaining constant gentle pressure for effective movement. Reduced wear time delays progress and extends treatment duration. Think of it as 'full-time treatment with meal breaks' for optimal results.
