Will my dentist and hygienist still be there?

Yes. The clinical team at Headrow remains in place. You'll continue to see the same dentist and hygienist you're used to. Our priority throughout this transition has been ensuring continuity of care for every patient.

Is the practice moving location?

No, the Headrow location is staying exactly where it is. You'll find the same entrance, same parking, same everything. Only the name above the door is changing.

Do I need to re-register as a patient?

No, you don't need to re-register. Your existing patient record has been carried over automatically. If you have any questions about your specific records, please don't hesitate to contact us and a member of the team will be happy to help.

I have an existing appointment booked, is it still valid?

Yes, all previously booked appointments are confirmed and will go ahead as planned. If your booking details have changed in any way, we will contact you directly. You can also check or manage your appointment by calling the practice or using our online booking system.

Will my ongoing treatment plan be affected?

Not at all. Any ongoing treatment, whether that's a course of fillings, orthodontics, or a long-term care plan — will continue exactly as agreed. Your clinical notes have been fully transferred, so there's no need to start from scratch.
